ORDER

This application has been filed to permit the applicant to grant leave to the applicant to institute the present suit as against 2nd defendant before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Considering the fact that the leave had already been granted in respect of the defendants with regard to the very same issue, which relates to the same film and this suit is for the declaratory rights of the said film, this application stands ordered. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.

5. Learned counsel for the plaintiff in the present suit is directed to serve summons on the learned counsel, who had appeared for the respective defendants in the present suit. Three (3) weeks time is granted for filing their respective written statement in the present suit.
