More than four years later, the position is the same as none appears for the petitioner today.

2. The relief prayed for is for the direction against the third and fifth respondents being the Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board and Small Industrial Development Corporation respectively to pass the Drain Water through pipeline/cover the canal by arch culvert in the Mogapair West Scheme formulated by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Mogappair, Chennai 600 037.

3. It appears that the grievance of the petitioner may possibly have been met.

4. The writ petition stands closed. Consequently M.P.No.1 of 2010 is closed. No costs.
