ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2021 and to provide necessary police protection to the second respondent to perform his statutory duty.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that she has sent a representation dated 18.08.2021 seeking police protection, no action has been taken.

3.The Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent police has not received the petitioner's representation. He further submits that the petitioner sent it by the registered post and she has also got the proof of the same. Any how, the complaint is presently not available with the first respondent police.

4.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent police and furnish the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the first respondent police to take appropriate action.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
