[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 293 in filing the above writ appeal.
2. Initially though affidavit has been filed in support of this petition by giving the reasons, since the reasons have not been properly explained, it seems to have been directed to file better affidavit giving the reasons in detail, as to how, such a delay of 293 days occurred in filing the writ appeal, pursuant to which, on 15.11.2024, the fifth petitioner, i.e., Sub Registrar, Mannargudi has filed the better affidavit giving the reasons as to how and why the time has been taken to file the main appeal with the delay of 293 days.

Even though this petition, despite the reasons having been stated, is stoutly opposed by the respondent / writ petitioner as represented by Mr.Navaneetha Krishnan, learned Senior Counsel, we are inclined to accept these reasons and hence, this petition is to be allowed, resultantly this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
