This miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the award dated 03.02.2025 passed in M.C.O.P.No.1040 of 2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

Perusing the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this miscellaneous petition is ordered on condition that the certified copy of the order shall be produced as and when it is made ready.
