This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 87 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the Judgment dated 15.03.2023 in Spl.S.C.No.50 of 2018 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Magalir Neethimandram, Krishnagiri.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
