The present petition has been filed to transfer the case in Cr.No.13/2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District, to some other investigating agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would contend that the investigation in Cr.No.13/2013 of All Women Police Station, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District, is concluded and a final report in SC.No.57/2016 was also filed before the Mahila Court, Thiruvallur, which ended in acquittal, after full trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
