Mr. R. Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the Respondent, informs that the order impugned in the Writ Petition is in the nature of 'Show Cause Notice' and that in pursuance of the same, final order dated 09.08.2019 has also been passed, a copy of which has been produced after furnishing the same to the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
