Mr. R. Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the Respondent, informs that the order impugned in the Writ Petition is in the nature of 'Show Cause Notice' and that in pursuance of the same, final order dated 09.08.2019 has also been passed, a copy of which has been produced after furnishing the same to the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

In view of the subsequent events, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 09.08.2019, before the appropriate forum and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting such liberty. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
