ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings of the third respondent CEO in Na.Ka. No.16467/A4/ 2022 dated 02.06.2023 quash the same as illegal and void.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the transfer Order passed by the third respondent dated 02.06.2023. It is the contention of 2/5

the learned Additional Government Pleader that the above transfer is not given effect. The learned Additional Government Pleader further submitted that if the representation of the petitioner is considered by the Chief Educational officer, automatically, the entire issue will be settled.

3. Since, this Court has already directed the Chief Educational Officer to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2023 submitted through the District Educational Officer in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.24103 of 2023, no further Order is required in this Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 17.08.2023 Index:Yes/No vrc 3/5
