This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.6344 of 2006 pending on the file of the learned XI M.M.Court, Saidapet, Chennai and quash the same. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the accused 4 and 7 are promptly appearing before the Lower Court for the past 10 years and for no reasons, the trial got delayed. He also submits that copies of documents have not been served at all to them till date.

3.On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a direction may be issued to the Trial Court to split up the cases in respect of these petitioners and to expedite the trial.

4.Taking into consideration the above submissions, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Trial Court to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

split the case as far as the petitioners are concerned and complete the trial within a period of six months. In the mean time, within a period of two weeks from today, copies of documents may be submitted to the petitioners. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
