2. Today, when the matters were taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the F.I.R. in Crime No. 15 of 2023 has been closed as 'further action dropped' (FAD) vide RCS No.8 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tambaram.
