ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 29(i) of NDPS Act 1985 in Crime No.1402 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the Sub Inspector of Police lodged the complaint with the respondent police on 23.09.2021 alleging that A1 and A2 was found in possession of Ganja, without any valid license or permit. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner was found in possession of Ganja without permission and three previous cases pending against the petitioner. However, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the allegations and the nature of the offences involved in this matter, three previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
