ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 06.04.2010 submitted by the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner has been retired from Government service on 30.06.2008 and thereafter, she submitted her representation dated 06.04.2010 to the 4th respondent, for Page No.2/5

regularisation and to fix appropriate pay and allowances, but the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed so far. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner added that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that entire amount due to the petitioner has been settled and there is no dues pending on the side of the respondents. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2010 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
