(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The location of the office of the Sub-Registrar and its convenience for the users is a matter purely within the policy domain of the State Government and can hardly form subject matter of a Public Interest Litigation, as it sought to be achieved in the present case.

2.Writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.2534 of 2016 also stands dismissed.
