This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 110 days in representing the Writ Appeal.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 14.08.2025. If the cost is not paid on or before 14.08.2025, this W.M.P. stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
