NALLATHAMBI, Advocate for 1 to 4 Respondents, the court made the following order:- The present Miscellaneous petition is filed seeking an order of Interim Injunction restraining the respondents from hurriedly ordaining respondents 1 and 3 as Ministers/Presbyters. It is alleged that without following the two constitutions the respondents have been selected and the selection process is not as per the procedure prescribed. In this regard, attention of this Court is drawn to the relevant documents, which prima facie shows that the petitioners have a case for injunction.
2. Accordingly, there shall be an order of interim injunction as prayed for until further orders.
