This application has been filed to set aside the order passed in O.P.No.318 of 2002 dated 07.01.2022, which was dismissed for non prosecution and restore the said O.P.

2. Though notice sent to the respondents were served, none appeared for the respondents.

3. Considering the above and also the reasons assigned in the application for restoring the Original Petition and in order to give fair opportunity to the parties to agitate their rights, the application is ordered. Fresh notice to the respondents returnable by 12.04.2024. Private notice is also permitted.
