Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 1 and 2/ defendants 1 and 2 before the trial Court have passed away and the legal representatives of the respondents 1 and 2 have already been impleaded as respondents No.3 to 5. He has also filed a Memo dated 05.10.2023 to that effect. Hence notice to respondents 1 and 2 is dispensed with. 2.Mr.B.Kumarasamy, learned counsel undertakes to enter appearance for the respondents 3 to 5. He is now required to filed his Vakalat before the Registry. 3.These petitions are allowed on a condition that the petitioner pays the respondents a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only), in each of the petitions.

4.The said cost has been paid and these Petitions are accordingly allowed. 5.The Registry is required to number C.M.A.SR.Nos.104548 and 104549 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order and once they are numbered, list them for admission.
