ORDER

When the contempt was taken up, M/s.Sneha brought to my notice the order passed by the District Health Officer, Coimbatore. The relevant portion of the order is extracted hereunder: "14) Accordingly, the services of Tmt S.Deivathal, 2/6

Village Health Nurse, Government Primary Health Centre, Pothanur, Coimbatore Health Unit District is regularised with effect from 15.09.1988 Forenoon and under Section 28(1) of Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of service) Act, 2016, she is placed on probation for a period of two years within a continuous period of three years with effect from 15.09.1988.

15) This order is issued to Tmt S.Deivathal, Village Health Nurse, Government Primary Health Centre, Pothanur, Coimbatore Health Unit District based on the order dated:28.06.2023 in contempt petition No(s).2586 of 2024 & 2591 of 2024 in W.P.No.32036 of 2013 and W.P.No.34503 of 2014 and also subject to outcome of Writ Appeal preferred in CMP No.20698 of 2024 and WASR No.124253 of 2024 & CMP No.20705 of 2024 and WASR No.124329 of 2024 filed by the 3rd respondent against the orders dated:28.06.2023 in W.P.No.32036 of 3/6

2013 and W.P.No.34503 of 2014 of the Hon'ble High Court of Madras."

2. In the light of the subsequent development and since the respondents have complied with the order albeit with some delay, I am inclined to close the contempt petitions. Accordingly, the Contempt Petitions are closed. No costs.
