ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 351(2) of BNS Act, 2023 and 25(1)(a) of Arms Act, 1959 in Crime No. 191 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This petition for anticipatory bail filed despite this Court granted anticipatory bail to this petitioner on 06.11.2024. Instead of complying the conditions imposed, the present petition seeking anticipatory bail is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition.
