Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the land comprising in S.No.285/3 measuring 26 cents, situated at Perumpulipakkam Village, Nemili Taluk, Ranipet District and consequently issue sub division of patta in favour of the petitioner based on the petitioner representation dated 23.11.2020.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the land comprising in S.No.285/3 measuring 26 cents, situated at Perumpulipakkam Village, Nemili Taluk, Ranipet District and consequently issue sub division of patta in favour of the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2020.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Satheeshkumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.Selvendran, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner filed application to survey his land, which is pending. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.11.2020 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2020 to survey the land comprising in S.No.285/3 measuring 26 cents, situated at Perumpulipakkam Village, Nemili Taluk, Ranipet District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
