ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed o direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambur to dispose the CMP.No.1437 of 2019, with time stipulate by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, to complete the proceedings in CMP.No.1437 of 2019 in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
