Writ Petition No.36903 of 2006 had been ordered on 06.06.2023 and the prayer of the writ petitioner for a mandamus seeking compensation with interest had been granted.

2. This petition has been filed by M/s.Reliance Information & Communication Limited seeking modification in order dated 06.06.2023 passed in WP No.36903 of 2006 to the effect that Reliance Foundation Trust pay the compensation to the writ petitioner in compliance with this Court's direction. The direction as it stands now has been issued to M/s.Reliance Information and Communication Limited, which is facing proceedings for insolvency and bankruptcy before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Bombay in C.P.(IB)1387(MB)/2017.

3. Reliance Foundation Trust is stated to be a public trust managed by the Reliance group of Companies and undertakes to remit the compensation as directed in order dated 06.06.2023.

4. Acceding to the request made, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The direction as against R5 in order dated 06.06.2023 will stand fully complied by virtue of payment to be made by the Reliance Foundation Trust to the writ petitioners within the timeline stipulated.
