This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the charge sheet number as C.C.No.2 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, instead of charge sheet number is C.C.No.139 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, where ever it occurs in Crl.O.P. No.25057 of 2022 dated 19.03.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.
