ORDER

In respect of the Demand Notice made by the respondents in respect of the revised assessments made is under challenge in this writ petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Chennai Corporation, informed this Court that the writ petitioner had already cleared the entire arrears of property tax and there is no arrears to be paid. 3.Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
