This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3ed respondents not to harass the petitioners by appreciating the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. Heard, Mr.Jayaprakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that no case is pending as against the petitioner as on date.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed not to call upon the petitioner for enquiry, without any petition or complaint.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
