Heard Mr.V.Balamurugan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 in C.M.P.No.18705 of 2023 and for respondents 1 to 3 in C.M.P.No.18726 of 2023 and Mr.C.Venkateshkumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent 3 in C.M.P.No.18705 of 2023.
These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 138 days in representing the appeals. Mr.C.Venkateshkumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent 3 in C.M.P.No.18705 of 2023 opposes the petitions on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned.
It appears that there is a delay of one day in filing the appeals, however, there is a delay of 138 days in representing the appeals. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, the delay of 138 days in representing the appeals is condoned. Accordingly, the petitions are allowed and are disposed of.
