The prayer in the present Criminal Original Petition to direct the first respondent to file additional charge sheet, has already attained finality by the order dated 04.05.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate-I, Tiruvannamalai in M.P.No.2863 of 2015. The time limit fixed by the Court for filing additional charge sheet had already expired on 04.06.2015 and only due to inaction, the petitioner is before this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly submitted that additional charge sheet will be filed within a period of two weeks.
