This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur, Thiruvallur District to speedily dispose of the proceedings in C.C.No.40 of 2020. 1/3

2. Heard, Mr.S.Sasikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur, Thiruvallur District, to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.40 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
