On 02.06.2023 this Court granted Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioners in OP.No.668 of 2022 and the following order has been passed:

"4. In view of the above said evidence, this Original Petition is ordered and Letters of Administration is granted in favour of the petitioners, in respect of the Will dated 03.11.1995 of the testator K.Raman. The petitioners are directed to execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/~ (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) in the name of the Assistant Registrar (Original Side) of this Court. The petitioner are further directed to file an inventory of assets and statement of accounts within a period of six months and one year, respectively."

2. This application has been filed by the applicant/1st respondent to seek permission to execute the bond required in the above order on behalf of the second petitioner, Anantharaman, who is in abroad.

3. It is submitted that the 2nd petitioner has given a power of attorney in favour of his sister, who is the first respondent Kalarani herein, to execute the necessary bond for getting Letters of Administration on his behalf.

4. The special power of attorney given to that effect by the second petitioner has been produced along with the petition and the same has also been adjudicated before the District Registrar, Thiruchirappalli, as Document No.99/2023 on Book ADJ.

5. Since the second petitioner has stated his inability to make himself personally present to execute the bond as directed by this Court, he has to permit to execute the bond through his power agent. Hence this petition is allowed.
