ORDER

This Petition has been filed to punish the Respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 24.05.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 13892 of 2024.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Respondents submitted that a W.A.No.649 of 2025, has been filed before the Division Bench of this Court against the aforesaid order dated 24.05.2024. The learned counsel further submitted that in the said Writ Appeal, stay was granted in CMP.No.5293 of 2025 on 06.03.2025.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub.A. is also closed.
