Respondents in all WPs WP.No.18886 of 2010:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records made in No.Va.Pa.7/2008/Pi.1 dated 27.07.2010 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to re-determine the compensation for the lands measuring an extent of 98 cents, out of the total extent of 257 cents situated T.S.No.1588 within the Municipal limits of Vellore, Vellore District under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act 1894. WP.No.18887 of 2010:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records made in No.Va.Pa.7/2008/Pi.1 dated 27.07.

2010 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to re-determine the compensation for the lands situated in Town Survey Nos.1584, 1585, 1583, 1581, 1588/1, 1588/2, 1589/3, 1587 and 1588 - Well along with all state set in Vellore Municipal limits of Vellore, Vellore District under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act 1894. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

ORDER

The relief sought for herein is relating to redetermination of compensation for the acquired lands belonging to the petitioners.

2.However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioners are granted liberty to approach the authority concerned with a fresh representation with regard to the relief sought for herein, for which, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection.

3.Granting such liberty, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
