This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 437 days in filing the criminal appeal against the order dated 05.05.2021 in Special S.C.No.19/2020 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Erode.

2. Mr. S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice of the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
