The above miscellaneous petition has been filed to issue an interim stay of all further proceedings in Refusal No.RFL/No.3 Joint Sub Registrar, Salem East/19/2022, dated 16.08.2022.

2. A perusal of the materials reveals that the petitioner has not made out a Prima facie for grant of interim stay. Accordingly this interim stay petition is dismissed.
