Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1094/A2/2013 dated 28.06.2013 on the file of the third respondent herein and to quash the same and direct the respondents 2 and 3 to re-employ the petitioner with effect from 01.07.2013 to 31.05.2014 as the Craft Teacher in the fourth respondent Institution together with all the monetary and other benefits accrued to him on account of the re-employment, within a time frame.
