This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to take any proceedings in furtherance to the order No.TN/RO/AMB/PDC/203/69391/14B/LEVY ORDER/2024. DIARY No.218/2023, dated 12.06.2024 passed by the second respondent, until the disposal of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner before the first respondent in E.P.F.A.No.114 of 2024, 27.08.2024.
