Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent Police to provide protection to the workmen and material in the petitioner's factory situated at No.8, Ayyancheri Village, Urapakkam Post, Via Guduvancheri 603 202, Chengalpattu Taluk, pursuant to the schedule strike to be held on 08.07.2013 or any other future date and consequently direct the workers belonging to the first respondent Union, their men, agents or associates or any one acting under them in any manner from interfering with the ingress and egress of men and materials in and out of the petitioner Firm or demonstrating or stalling the work within 500 meters of the gates of the petitioner's Factory.
