The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit the petitioners had filed this Miscellaneous Petition for extension of time and the same was granted by this Court by order dated 26.11.2021 whereas, in the order it is wrongly mentioned as relaxation of condition. Hence, the learned Counsel prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, paragraphs 1 to 4 of the order in Crl.M.P.No.12188 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.7709 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021 is to be read as follows: This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the lower Court in purusuance with order in Crl.M.P.No.10699 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.7709 of 2021 dated 21.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7709 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021. Subsequently, two weeks time was extended to comply with the conditions. However, due to illness, the petitioner could not comply with the conditions within the stipulated period. Hence, he prays for extension of time.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy is made ready.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 26.11.2021 and re-issue a fresh order copy. 07.12.2021 ksa-2 2/3
