PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from intimidating/harassing the petitioner or his family members in respect of civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in O.P.No.67 of 2018. For Petitioner : Mr.Gururaj For Respondents 1-2 : Mrs.V.Saradhadevi Government Advocate (Crl.side)

O R D E R

The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondents herein are trying to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner herein and the third respondent, which is the subject matter of proceedings in O.P.No.67 of 2018.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that there is no written complaint pending against the petitioner herein and therefore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

they will not interfere into the alleged civil dispute.

3. In the absence of any complaint against the petitioner, the respondents 1 and 2, may not be justified in creating any harassment to the petitioner herein. Nevertheless, if there is any written complaint against the petitioner, the same shall be proceeded by the concerned Police in accordance with law.

4. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
