2.Considering the fact that orders have been reserved in H.M.O.P.No.130 of 2022, there is no necessity to transfer the proceedings at this stage. Therefore, Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
