Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take appropriate action against the second respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2010 and by the proceedings of the first respondent in A.Mu.Ka.No.25/F1/20 dated 05.07.2010 with regard to the construction of building made by the second respondent at Door No.10/58, Vedappar Street, Chengalpattu Town without building plan approval as required under the relevant law and without encroaching the public street i.e., Vedappar Street, Chengalpattu and further to direct the first respondent to remove the encroachment made by the second respondent on the Vedappar Street, Chengalpattu Town within the time frame fixed by this Court.
