The prayer in the writ petition is for mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 herein to consider the petitioner's' representation dated 03.03.2008 and 29.07.2008 in respect of illegal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sale of land to Non Trible.

2. Heard the counsels for both parties.

3. Without going into the merit of the claim made by the petitioner in the said representation dated 03.03.2008 followed by another representation dated 29.07.2008, the first respondent is directed to consider the said representations in accordance with law and on merits and pass order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
