This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5756 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.5581 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police once in a week ie., every Monday, till filing of the final report.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5756 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.5581 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first day of every month until further orders.
