The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in month ie., 15th day of every month at 10.30 am., until final reports is filed, by order of this Court on 10.04.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.5997/2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8295 of 2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
