2.When the matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the services of the petitioner in WP.No.18904 of 2010 had already been regularised and as far as the petitioners in WP.Nos.18903, 18905 and 18906 of 2010 are concerned, they are not in employment and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in all these writ petitions. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, all the writ petitions stand closed. No costs.
