This petition has been filed to relax the condition that to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court i.e., District and Sessions Court, Ariyalur, Ariyalur District daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders dated 05.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10282 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court i.e., District and Sessions Court, Ariyalur, Ariyalur District on every alternative days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
