ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2022 pending on the file of the Inspector 1/4

of Police, All Women Police Station, Chengam, Thiruvannamalai District to some other competent authority.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has already completed the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2022 and the same was closed as "Mistake of Fact" and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengam. Thereafter, the petitioner was duly served with Referred Charge Sheet on 25.04.2022. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the respondent.
