This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records of the First Information Report in Crime No.3 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.When this petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet had already been filed in C.C.No.19 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Dhenkanikottai, and hence nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition.

3.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
