This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P. No.16488 of 2021 dated 17.09.2021 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly without any deviation.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a month ie., on every 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month until further orders.
